Optimal Health Kitchen: Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken & Vegetables

When it comes to healthy eating, we often overlook the impact of specific ingredients on our vital organs. Balsamic vinegar, a tangy and flavorful condiment, not only enhances the taste of your dishes but can also be beneficial for your liver.

Balsamic vinegar contains acetic acid, a compound known to support liver function. Acetic acid can help break down fats in the liver, preventing the buildup of fatty deposits that can lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Additionally, balsamic vinegar is rich in antioxidants, which can protect liver cells from oxidative damage and inflammation.
